Investment Terms & Conditions
By submitting this investment form and making payment, I agree to the following terms:

1. Investment Structure
• Minimum investment per dispatch bike: ₦1,225,000
• Weekly return: ₦20,000
• Duration: 83 weeks
• Total return: ₦1,660,000 (~35.5% ROI)

2. Commencement of Payouts
• Payouts begin after the dispatch bike is fully deployed with a rider, which may take 2–4 weeks for procurement, registration, and rider onboarding.
• No payouts are made until the bike is active in operations.
• Payouts will be made weekly via bank transfer to the account I provide.

3. Payout Schedule & Possible Delays
• Weekly payouts will be made as scheduled, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as:
o Rider illness, resignation, or accident
o Mechanical breakdowns requiring extended repairs
o Temporary regulatory disruptions
Payments may be temporarily delayed until operations resume. In such cases, payouts will either:
o Be resumed immediately after normal operations restart, or
o Be adjusted/recalculated into the remaining weeks of the cycle, ensuring investors still receive their full entitled return over time.

4. Force Majeure
• Heinrich Logistics shall not be held liable for payout delays caused by extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control, such as:
o Widespread civil unrest, strikes, or insecurity that halts operations
o Government restrictions or sudden policy changes that directly affect logistics operations.
In such cases, operations will be suspended until conditions normalize, after which payouts will continue.

5. Ownership
• The motorcycle remains an operational asset under the management of Heinrich Logistics throughout the contract period.

• After the ROI cycle (83 weeks), the asset becomes company-owned.

6. Transparency
• I will have access to updates and communication from Heinrich Logistics regarding my investment.

• Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian business laws.

7. Risk Acknowledgement
• While Heinrich Logistics is committed to ensuring consistent returns, investors acknowledge that logistics operations carry inherent risks beyond the company’s immediate control.

• By proceeding with this investment, I agree that occasional operational disruptions may affect payout timing, but the company remains committed to fulfilling the agreed ROI.

8. Agreement
• This investment is non-refundable once operations have commenced.

• By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
