1. Services
We provide dispatch, delivery, and logistics services within Delta State Nigeria.
Services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
  • Ensure packages are properly packed and safe for transport.
  • You shall not request delivery of prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or restricted items, including but not limited to: firearms, explosives, hazardous chemicals, narcotics, counterfeit goods, or items prohibited under Nigerian law.

3. Package Observations 

The assigned dispatch personnel reserves the rights to request proper verification and confirmation of the content on the package if need arises.

4. Payment Disclaimer 

  • To ensure secure transactions, please note that Heinrich Logistics does not accept payments through personal account.  All transactions should be made only to our official company account as listed below;

  • All fees must be paid in full before or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, package size, and urgency.

5. Bookings & Liability Disclaimer 

  • To protect both our customers and our business, All bookings must be made strictly through our official channels:

  • We do not accept bookings through dispatch riders, or personal contacts. Any delivery arranged outside our verified platforms is done at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, delay, theft, or miscommunication resulting from bookings made through unofficial means.

6. Liability

We handle all packages with care, but Heinrich Logistics is not liable for loss or damage arising from:
 
  • Improper packaging by the customer.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, traffic delays, force majeure).
Liability, where applicable, is limited to the declared value of the item.

7. Goods in Transit (GIT) Disclaimer

Please note that Heinrich Logistics currently does not provide Goods in Transit (GIT) Insurance coverage for items being transported. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and timely delivery of all packages, the company shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to items in transit beyond a maximum compensation of ₦20,000 per delivery.
 
Customers are advised to obtain independent insurance coverage for goods of high value prior to dispatch. Items moved without insurance are carried strictly at the owner’s risk.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds may apply only if a service is not fulfilled due to our fault.
 
Cancellations must be made before dispatch; otherwise, fees may apply.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delta State, Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
